Why I don't plan....

The sun is shining and it's 80 degrees out....which means outside we go. We left extra early today to pick up my son from the bus stop, and took a very, very long walk. We found everything along the way, colors, shapes, sounds....you make it, we found it. When we finally made it to the bus stop, my cell phone rang, it was the school...and I had to go pick up my son...great. 

After nap-time we all went outside to enjoy some more fresh air, and planned on spending hours drawing in the driveway with sidewalk chalk. Well, Mother Nature had other plans, because it suddenly started to downpour, and we were forced to literally run into the house. Oh-well...maybe next time.
